PREPARATION CHARGES - Charges for repairing seams, trimming threads on the front, or pressing the top or back will be $20 per hour. These issues will, of course, be discussed before work begins on your quilt.

PRICING EXAMPLE - If your quilt is 60" wide and 60" long, the total area to be quilted is 3600 square inches. For a simple edge to edge design, 3600 X 1.5 cents/sq. inch = $49, plus thread charge.

MINIMUM QUILTING CHARGE $35.

BASTING

.5 cents per square inch.

EDGE TO EDGE

1-2.5 cents per square inch

BINDING

Binding #1: Binding made and applied by machine to front of quilt, $2.50 per running foot [(length in inches X 2) + (width in inches X2) divided by 12 = running foot]

Binding #2: Same as #1, plus binding hand stitched to back. $3.50 per running foot

CUSTOM QUILTING

3-5 cents per square inch.

THREAD

Solid colors $1.00 per bobbin

Variegated and specialty threads $2.50-$3.50 per bobbin
